These paper pinwheels are adorable and super easy to make!  This tutorial will help you create some cute party decorations!

Supplies Needed:

6 x 6" double sided scrapbook paper

Dowel Rod

Thumb Tack

Hammer

Hot Glue Gun

Ruler and Pencil

Floating Desk
