I was lucky enough to make these custom stockings for a great family for Christmas this year. They were super fun to make!
The base is made out of burlap and the band is made with red ticking fabric and muslin. Each band top was personalized for each family member. The girls got three small ruffles, the mother has two larger ruffles, and the father got a simple, yet masculine band.
I had to do some t-shirt extensions this season and I was left with the front of the shirts. This left the full design, so I knew I could make something cute with these.
Pillows are so simple to make, so this could be an easy and festive gift idea.
I always like to make something for my solos and duet girls for Christmas. Because I teach so many of them, I wanted something easy but cute. I found these notebooks at the end of summer in the clearance dollar section at Michael's and knew they were perfect! The striped notebooks have an anchor on them, but I knew I could hide it once I personalized them!
This is a perfect idea for someone who you need a thoughtful little something to give!
Notebooks (Found at the Dollar Section in Michael's)

Double Sided Tape or Tape Runner
Paper Trimmer or Scissors

Step 1: Begin by removing the plastic bag from the notebooks. Keep this for packaging later.
Step 1: To prepare the ribbon, cut the 22" strips of red and green ribbon diagonally on the ends. Take the wood burner tool to seal the edges. If you do not have this tool, be sure to cut the ribbon diagonally.
Step 1: To prepare the ribbon, cut the 22" strip diagonally on the ends. Take the wood burner tool to seal the edges. If you do not have this tool, that is okay, it just helps make the bow last longer and look better.
This week, I have decided to give you a full week of hair bows! I will have a new bow tutorial each day, getting better as they go on! These are super cute and easy to make just in time for the holidays!
